DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 19^th December 2014, a dividend of 2.80 pence per share will be paid on 23^rd December 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28^th November 2014 (ex-dividend 27^th November 2014).
