DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20^th December 2012, a dividend of 3.65 pence per share will be paid on 21^st December 2012 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30^th November 2012.
