Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held today, 20th
December 2007, the Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to
shareholders were passed, including the following items of Special Business

Special Resolution



Will allow the Company to make market purchases of up to 26,173,277 ordinary
shares representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital for each share
class;
