SUBSCRIPTION SHARE REMINDER NOTICE
The Board would like to remind Subscription Shareholders that their right to acquire new Ordinary Shares in the Company at 147 pence per Subscription Share will expire on 31st March 2012 when the conversion price of the Subscription Shares will increase to 174 pence until 31st March 2014, after which the rights attached to the Subscription Shares will lapse. As at the close of business on 6 March 2012, the mid market prices of the Ordinary Shares and Subscription Shares were 137 pence per share and 17.25 pence per share respectively.
Shareholders who hold their Subscription Shares in certificated form and wish to convert them before the increase in exercise price must complete and sign the notice of exercise of subscription rights on the reverse of their Subscription Share certificate, and return it to Equiniti Limited, Repayments Team, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA together with their cheque made payable to 'Equiniti Limited', in good time to arrive by 5.00 pm on 30th March 2012. Instructions received after this date will be subject to the increased conversion price of 174 pence per share.
For Shareholders who hold their Subscription Shares in uncertificated form (i.e. in CREST), the new CREST Participant and Member Account IDs are:

The USE (Unmatched Stock Event) instruction should be input by 11:00am and received by 1:00pm on 30th March 2012 in order to benefit from the conversion price of 147 pence per share. Instructions received after this date will be subject to the increased conversion price of 174 pence per share. The scheduled CREST credit date for any subscription requests received by 1:00pm on 30th March 2012 will be 2nd April 2012.
