SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 7,747,096 Subscription shares in issue. The exercise price of these Subscription shares will increase from 135 pence per share to 147 pence per share on 1st April 2010. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 147 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business on 2nd March 2010, would be 175.88 pence and 177.80 pence respectively.
