Conversion of Subscription Shares

The Company announces that today it issued 9,957 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by Subscription shareholders.

Application has been made for the Ordinary shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new Ordinary shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 9 September 2016.

Subject to the listing application, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 48,149,071 Ordinary shares, including 439,500 held in Treasury, and 7,795,489 Subscription shares.
