JPMorgan Japan Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that today it issued 114 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by an uncertificated Subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue following this notification are 39,456,401 Ordinary shares and 7,232,395 Subscription shares.
