                SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 16,196,002 Subscription shares in issue. The exercise price of these Subscription shares will increase from 227 pence per share to 247 pence per share on 3rd January 2010. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum income and Capital only NAV, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 247 pence per share, based on assets at close of business 22nd December 2009, would be 393.17p and 394.06p respectively.
