CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 26,441 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 109,239,113 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 16,774,430 subscription shares.
