CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 584 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by two certificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,934,219 ordinary shares, including 10,664,788 held in treasury, and 6,079,324 subscription shares.
