CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 12,496 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,869,717 ordinary shares, including 3,991,788 held in treasury, and 6,143,826 subscription shares.
