In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 30th September 2022 the Company's share capital consists of 297,289,438 Ordinary 1 pence shares carrying one vote each.  The Company holds 537,520 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore as at 30th September 2022, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc is 296,751,918 .

 

The above figure (296,751,918) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
