Further to the Special Resolution passed at the General Meeting on 18 November 2010 giving the Directors authority to disapply pre-emption rights in respect of the allotment of new Ordinary Shares, the Company is pleased to announce the publication today of a Prospectus to obtain Admission to the Official List of any Shares issued pursuant to the authority conferred by the Special Resolution.

A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do 

The Prospectus will also be available shortly on the Company's website,  www.jpmglobalemergingmarkets.co.uk
