Interim Dividend

Further to the Company's "Investment of C Share Proceeds" announcement on 27 April 2011, the Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Share to be paid on 3 June 2011 to Ordinary Shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 6 May 2011. As previously stated, this dividend comprises the substantial majority of the retained revenue reserves attributable to Ordinary Shares accrued to the Company's C Share Calculation Date of 12 May 2011.
