JPMORGAN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc repurchased 15,217 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1067.0609 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,970,758 ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 23,125,300.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
