REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc has today purchased 45,500 ordinary shares for cancellation at 569.34 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,940,948.
