DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5th November 2015, a final dividend of 16.0 pence per Ordinary share will be paid on 11th December 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th November 2015.
