C Share Portfolio Realignment Complete

The Board of JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has been notified by JPMorgan Funds Limited that the realignment of the C Share portfolio, from that of the JPMorgan Elect plc Managed Growth Shares to match that of the Company's Ordinary Shares, is now complete.

In accordance with the Articles, following the completion of the portfolio realignment, the C Shares will be converted to Ordinary Shares on a NAV-for-NAV basis. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive all future dividends declared in respect of the Ordinary Shares. For the avoidance of doubt, C Shareholders will not be entitled to the interim dividend payable to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 3 March 2023.

In light of the short period of time the C Shares have been in existence, limited net income has been generated and, as such, the Board does not expect to declare a dividend in respect of the C Shares prior to Conversion. Any net income accrued within the C Share class will be reflected in the NAV of the C Shares at the time of Conversion. The timetable and further details of the Conversion will be announced in due course. 

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the Circular issued by the Company on 21 November 2022.
