                    REISSUE OF OWN SECURITIES FROM TREASURY





JPMorgan Fleming European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc announces that on
Friday 24th February 2006 it reissued from treasury 125,000 ordinary shares at
613.0 pence per share.


Following this reissue the Company now holds a total of 175,000 shares in
treasury at an average size-weighted discount of 10.65%.


The number of shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares is
52,606,517.
