JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 150,000 ordinary shares at 655.81 pence per share on Friday 26^th February 2010

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 48,713,323 including 2,645,217 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 16.21%.
