TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 11,867 ordinary shares at 670.00 pence per share on Tuesday 18th May 2010.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 47,084,653 including 1,305,414 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 16.69%.
