TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc has today purchased into treasury 100,000  ordinary shares at 433.4 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 51,293,198 including 3,406,875 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 12.30%.
