                    REISSUE OF OWN SECURITIES FROM TREASURY


JPMorgan Fleming European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc announces that on
Thursday 20th April 2006 it reissued from treasury 75,000 ordinary shares at
671.0 pence per share.

Following this reissue the Company now holds no shares in treasury.

The number of shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares is
52,781,517.
