Further to the announcement made on 16th May 2005 regarding the appointment of
Mr Tony Davidson as a Director of JPMorgan Fleming European Fledgeling
Investment Trust plc, under paragraph 16.4 of the FSA Listing Rules we announce
that he is a Director of JPMorgan Fleming Worldwide Income Investment Trust plc
which went into members voluntary liquidation on 24th March 2005. There are no
further details requiring disclosure.
