JPMORGAN EMERGING MARKETS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On 3 June 2016, JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 118,840 Ordinary shares at 574.48 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,887,020 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 126,476,505. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
