SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 21,013,564 Subscription shares in issue. The final opportunity to exercise Subscription shares at 422 pence per share will expire on 31 July 2010.  Currently, the next opportunity to exercise Subscription shares after 31 July 2010 will be 31 July 2012 at 460 pence per share.

For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 460 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business on 8th July 2010, would be 558.35 pence and 554.50 pence respectively.
