CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 5,717 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated Subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 110,534,996 Ordinary shares and   21,828,529  Subscription shares.
