CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,019 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated Subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 110,702,285 Ordinary shares and   21,661,240  Subscription shares.
