CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 125,008 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated Subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 110,660,004 Ordinary shares and 

21,703,521 Subscription shares.
