INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 25.00 pence per share, for the year ending 31^st October 2020, to be paid on 30^th October 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2^nd October 2020. The ex-dividend date is 1^st October 2020. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders.

The Company receives the large majority of its dividend income well before the end of its financial year ending 31^st October, and hence it considers it appropriate to distribute the greater portion of its net income as an interim dividend. 

The quantum of this interim dividend is the same as last year. Whilst the Company has received less revenue to date this year, the full impact of the global pandemic is not reflected in these revenue receipts as most of the dividends the Company has received are based on 2019 corporate performance.
