LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

JPMORGAN RUSSIAN SECURITIES PLC (the Company)

INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

In the Company's Annual Report and Accounts to 31st October 2015 the Chairman stated that if there were sufficient distributable reserves in the forthcoming year, the Board would consider the payment of an interim dividend as well as a final dividend.  

After consideration of income received and forecast and distributable reserves, the Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that in respect of the year ending 31st October 2016, an interim dividend of 6.00 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 28th October 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30th September 2016.  The ex-dividend date is 29th September 2016.

The Company will announce the proposed final dividend for the year ending 31st October 2016 and also provide further information on the Company's future dividend policy in the preliminary announcement of the results for that year which is expected to be released in late January 2017.
