DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 3rd March 2016, an ordinary dividend of 13.00 pence per share and a special dividend of 4.00 pence per share will be paid on 11th March 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12th February 2016. The ex-dividend date is 11th February 2016.
