On 19 August 2019, JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 17,800 ordinary shares at 677.1011 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 452,822 ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 56,417,831.
