REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc has purchased 30,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 508.5 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 57,750,153.
