Please note that the Company repurchased 31,000 shares at 501.68 pence per share
and not 507.50 pence per share as previously stated.

                 REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION



JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc has today purchased 31,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at 501.68 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 58,648,912.
