Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 5.20
pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2007 will be paid on 3rd March
2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8th February
2008.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2007
to 15.30 pence (2006: 13.50 pence), an increase of 13.3% over the previous year.
