The following replaces the Dividend Declaration announcement released today at
10:11 under RNS Number 3347J. Please see below for the revised text.


Third quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 3.00 pence per
share for the year ending 31st December 2006 that will be paid on 1st December
2006 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th November
2006.

The increased dividend reflects strong earnings and it is the Board's intention
at least to maintain the level of the fourth quarterly interim dividend payable
in March 2007 (2006: 3.70 pence).  The main purpose of the increase in the third
quarterly interim dividend is to spread more evenly the distribution of the
annual dividend throughout the year.
