JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 6,076 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated Subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 77,525,471 Ordinary shares and 12,772,937 Subscription shares.
