DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th January 2014, a dividend of 1.6 pence per share will be paid on 3rd February 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th December 2013.  The ex dividend date is 11th December 2013.
