JPMorgan Fleming Asian Investment Trust plc announces that on 28th November 2005
it cancelled 3,400,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Following this cancellation, the Company no longer holds any shares in treasury.

The number of shares in issue is 164,199,154 ordinary shares.
