LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

JPMORGAN ASIAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the 'Company')

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Board of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc has been informed by its Manager, JPMorgan Funds Limited that Ted Pulling, co-manager of the Company's portfolio for the last three years, will be relocating from Hong Kong to the United States with his family later in the year. Mr Pulling will remain an employee of JPMorgan Asset Management.

To ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities Mr Pulling will remain in Hong Kong until the end of 2015, continuing to manage the Company's portfolio along with his fellow co-manager Sonia Yu, with the full support of the Asian equities team,  until a new manager is announced.

The Board will make a further announcement in due course.
