CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,483,398 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 162,166,430 Ordinary shares and 29,841,529 Subscription shares.
