EXERCISE OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 454,718 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 162,956,826 Ordinary share and  29,051,133  Subscription shares.
