Second quarterly interim dividend

The Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 388.38 pence per share as at 29 March 2024 (the last business day for half year ending 31 March 2024). Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a second quarterly interim dividend of 3.9 pence per share for the year ending 30 September 2024 will be paid on 24 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 April 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 11 April 2024.

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders. The last election date to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan in relation to above dividend payment is

2 May 2024.
