DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th January 2016, a total dividend of 2.5 pence per share will be paid on 5th February 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8th January 2016.
