DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28th January 2015, a dividend of 2.20p will be paid on 3rd February 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9th January 2015.
