JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,231 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 151,982,517 Ordinary shares and 8,546,264 Subscription shares.
