CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 5,800 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by one certificated subscription shareholder. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 168,271,777 Ordinary shares and 11,763,874 Subscription shares.
