CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 78,705 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 46 certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 153,581,286 Ordinary shares and 8,547,495 Subscription shares.
