JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 6,210 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 168,242,078 Ordinary shares and 11,793,573 Subscription shares.
